6 stars to Karl - sold our home for Full Price! He is an incredible realtor. From listing our home to the closing, he went above and beyond always communicating and advising us every step of the way. We received a full price offer and when the buyer wanted us to reduce the sale price for repairs after the home inspection, he did an amazing job addressing the concerns, not giving in, and always looking out for our best interest. From here on out, Karl will be the only realtor we use!
