Brought a pair of shorts for a stain removal but an additional line had been made on the shorts after the cleaners had them. Going to file a claim and will update once everything’s remediated. Accidents happen but the shorts were brand new. Hoping the cleaner will take responsibility and make things right.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I am updating my review. When I first took my dress in the water mark was not removed and I was very upset but staff at quality plus contacted my, came and picked the dress up ensuring the mark was gone before bringing it back to me. I greatly appreciated that step to ensure I ended up satisfied

A friend highly recommended this location after I had misfortune at other cleaners. I called the number listed on Google but it was disconnected, so I called the Clearwater location to get an estimate on a suit. Since it was only $16 I figured I would throw in the shirt and tie too. I drove from Largo all the way to Palm Harbor based on the recommendation, but when I arrived they could not give me an estimate on the lot. I put all 4 items in anyway and they told me it would be ready on Friday. I came back on Monday to find that only 3 of the items were ready.
