Petco Vaccination Clinic

I had my 2 pups groomed on 2/23/2024. I dropped them off for their 9am appointment, normally in 3 hours or less my pups are done (7.5lbs & 9lbs). This time took 4.5 hrs for a normal grooming. Petco had a group of interns helping. But they promised that a professional would over seeing everything. I paid 137.00. Now that I have time to look at them, one my pups came home with a sore on his romp which they tried to pass off a previous hot spot and both pups nails are so short that the blood veins are right at tip. I trusted Petco to protect my pups and in my opinion they did not. Very disappointed.

Jerry, the manager is sloppy confused and rude.....AND the cashier named Kevin is slow and doesn't know his job...Even after 25 minutes he couldn't figure out how to do an online return!!! Had to call their corporate #..will never shop at Petco again...We will stick to Chewy for ALL of our Furbaby needs!

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, I paid for training classes for my puppy. I bought the biggest pkg 300$+ we only received puppy 1 training there was only one other puppy in the class the trainer payed all of her attention to that puppy(Shannon is her name)! She made it clear she didn't like little dogs and didn't like toy yorkie mine is only 2 pound she actually said to me it was a waste of time to train her any further I finished puppy one I never got a call when the next level started, I called several time even stopped in was told it available I'm sure it's because she did y like my puppy and I worked with her daily she did everything the other dog didn't...read full review
