Hurry up and wait because there’s going to be A LOT of waiting here OR you’ll hit it when there’s no one. The problem is they don’t seem to be able to figure out the pattern and staff accordingly. My suggestion is: don’t come here if you only have three hours to pick up your glasses that are ready. You may not get them and have to return again.
Handy location for me. Over st Pete office.Small space, but we'll organized.Dr Alcantara experienced and very helpful. The front staffers handled ordering and fitting of eyeglassesSeamlessly. When they received my specs, I went back and they adjusted the frame, sold me items to clean lenses etc.Completely happy. Why would I change optometrists?
The staff is very nice and they are friendly. Dr.Fikret Kajoshaj ( Dr. Kay) was awesome. He explained everything to me. He is friendly. A very nice Doctor. I hope to see him again when I go back in a year for my eye exam.
