I was referred to Casey Cane by a friend because both my kitchen and living room windows leaked during severe storms. I was told they were higher end windows when I bought my condo but they weren't, they were installed poorly, and someone made a botched attempt to fix them. With the winds and rain it brought, Irma put much rain in my kitchen and living room and Casey was able to diagnose the problems quickly. Within a week or so, the new windows were installed. We had 11 windows replaced earlier this year by the team at CCI. From the start, I knew this company was going to be solid to deal with. Casey, the owner, came by on a Friday at 6pm to do the consultation. Most people would want to race home on a Friday but he took the time to answer all of our questions and walk us through the window replacement process. The communication from Paul and Anixi was superb! And the installation team of Tyler, Dustin and John really went above and beyond.
