“Mike and Noah were terrific. Mike took my call, had a pretty good idea of what my laptop issue was and was able to see me as soon as I could get there. Upon arrival Noah confirmed Mike's suspicions with analytic software, explained everything to me including the fix (replacing the original floppy drive with the latest technology solid state drive).
