I have had a few visits here now and things are going great. The first visit they review your range of motion to track progress and go over a few exercises with you. Then give you instructions fornat home with pictures so you know how to do them yourself. So far on my return visits my therapist David and his assistant Victoria have been happy to see how much more range I have already. My shoulder/arm is still definitely weak while doing things but I am happy that I can move more amd my progress is looking good.
