Waterside Pools is a great company that cares about their customers and the community. Daria gave us a great design that fit the odd shape of our backyard perfectly. Cat, the construction manager, kept the project running smoothly and always heard my crazy questions and answered with grace. We are over the moon with how our pool build came out! We were so happy that Waterside Pools Inc. builds in St. John's County. We were familiar with their work since they built my in-law's pool in Palm Coast. Daria took our ideas and designed our dream pool with spa with no sales pressure at all. Working with Cat (our construction supervisor for the project) was always a positive experience! Minor things came up as they usually do, but they were absolutely great about correcting any issues. We can't recommend them enough!
It has been a pleasure working with Tamera on the proposal and design for our pool. Clearly, Tamera is very knowledgeable and open to share her expertise in a constructive manner. Communication was clear and timely, proposal outline was detailed and easy to understand, illustrations were very helpful. While they were not chosen to be our builder, my impression of this company is very positive and I definitely would recommend anyone looking to build a new pool to consider them.
