We purchased a new home in Palm Coast. The house is new, but we really wanted to get an inspection to protect ourselves as we don't live in Florida. Our realtor gave us several home inspection companies to contact. I reached out and spoke with Ed about the purchase on speaker phone with my wife. After a few minutes, we knew we wanted to use TBI. We were due to go to Florida to check out the house. TBI conducted the inspection for us with our realtor before even getting paid! Ed and Tony did an awesome job inspecting my new construction home. They worked as a team and were often in separate areas of the house, so I got twice as much coverage in the same amount of time.They are very knowledgeable, meticulous and really take their time, answering any questions I had along the way, always polite and professional. The final report was emailed to me later that day in a .pdf format and it is very comprehensive and well written.I highly recommend TBI Home Inspections.

I was closing on a new home and decided to use this company to get an inspection prior to the closing. Ed and Tony did a wonderful job and provided a very detailed inspection of my home and property. The builder ended up postponing the closing because of the problems that were found in the inspection report. I'm glad I got an inspection!
