Had a great experience with Agnes. I was a first time lash customer and she walked me through it with some helpful suggestions and maintenance info. She did an excellent job on my lashes, I'm very pleased!
Overall 4/5 I had Deborah and she did an amazing job! Love my new lashes! She was great at educating me about the different curls and lengths of lashes. I got a natural more cat eye look. The decor was cute with lots of pink! I think maybe they should put their prices somewhere on the walls and maybe show before and after pics of different types of curls/styles so clients can see what each would look like. I trusted Deborah to fix me up and she did great though! The only reason why I didn't give it 5 was due to cleanliness. I do not think they switch out the towels that clients lay on after every use. I saw leftover lashes from the previous client on the sheets/towels.... read full review
I found this little gem of a spot on Groupon and my son purchased my first set of classic lashes (for my birthday back in April) with Michelle. I was very pleased with her work and personality. I've gotten many compliments and a few questions on "if" I was even wearing lashes. That is how natural they look! Monday, the 31st was my 3rd fill and this time I was with Onida and she, also was very personable and she did a great job as well and I will be returning for my next fill. Thank you "Lash Secret"! In my case, the name fits well! :)
