My 18 year old HVAC died 3 days ago, I called Mike (the owner of Seabreeze) about 4pm that night. 45 minutes later he was knocking at my door. He explained that because of the age and condition of my system it would be a waist of money to make any repairs. I agreed. He gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the inside and outside unites with a top of the line 15.3 seer system and he could install it within a day or so, or as soon as me could order the equipment. 2 days later, he showed up at 7 am and went right to work. He had the new system completely installed and up and running in 2 1/2 hours. My wife and I were very impressed with Mike, He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
