STAY AWAY!! Worst experience ever. Family advised I use Ben. We agreed to a price. Full payment was made. An extension was filed. When it was time to file, he decided he did not want to complete the return. After pleading with him to finish the return, he demanded more money. I had no choice but to pay, because I could not afford to start over with a new accountant and pay them an amount equal to what I already paid Ben. He finally filed. It was incorrect. NY gave a refund because he did not note the estimated taxes I already paid, so I overpaid. We had the pleasure of working with Greg M., he went above and beyond working with us. He took the time to explain things to us, never seemed annoyed by our questions or requests. Highly recommended!
