Attached is the punchlist which was sent to Bellagio's attorneys. Five months later still no resolution. Water accumulation in air conditioner enclosure from rain needs to be corrected to drain properly. Eating area windows have large gaps in trim. Bathroom pocket sliding doors don't stay closed or lock.. Wall garage opener for large garage door intermittently doesn't work and binds on closing Office, great room and master bedroom windows need to be cleaned of silicone caulk. Trench in backyard from electric and water lines needs to be sodded in. Arched Windows above master bath missing trim. Tile around the master bath chipped or missing.
