We’ve had Arctic Breeze for about seven years now. They installed our AC in 2016 and we’ve had the annual service contract with them since. They are very responsive to our needs and keep our unit operating efficiently! We just signed up for another year. Recommend them highly!!
Arctic Breeze is THE BEST. They installed two mini splits for me and now do the continuing maintenance. Every crew and tech that they've sent out has been friendly, skilled, and punctual. Every time I speak with someone at the office, they are extremely pleasant, helpful, and polite. This is how you run a business!
Rory (the tech) was considerate, prompt, efficient, and thorough. He was running early and called to ask if he could come anyway, which I appreciated. Arctic Breeze came highly recommended by my neighbor who uses them. I'm glad she told me about y'all!
