Damien was a very professional. He took his time to access the issue with my a/c and immediately know what to do, to fix it. He explained in great detail what the issue was and also shared with me what he was going to do to fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend his services!
The company was quite easy to work with on the evaluation of our old unit, ordering a new unit, scheduling, and installation. The staff was over-the-top professional and everything went smoothly. Good company. Good decision to use them.
Have AHS home warranty. Technician told me AC required replacement however since the parts were still available AHS wouldn't replace, even though on backorder!!! Summer in FL and no AC, give me a break Was a bit skeptical at first. SFCC walked me through the process for upgrade. AHS didn't replace my AC, SFCC submitted credits for me and AHS deeply discounted the new system. SFCC was able to get it installed quickly, they even worked late on a Friday. Came back later to install new programmable thermostat as well. Very pleased with the outcome, technicians were polite and got the job done.
