They did a good job grooming My dog. However, there seems to be A breakdown in their communication Line. My dog was to be groomed During her boarding for 5 days But they forgot so I had to make A special trip back there today To have her groomed.

I absolutely love this boarding facility! My dogs have been boarding there for several years now and always have the best time! Their Executive and Luxury boarding options are perfect for my two pups. The webcam option is perfect too. I love to be able to check in on my dogs and If I ever call they are always super friendly and have very personalized responses about how my babies are doing :) Always have plenty of play time and the staff really cares about each individual animal! The medical side is always there in case anything would ever happen as well. Great staff! Great facility! An overall amazing experience with them!
