Lived here for 10 years and it is an excellent community.The club is a great place to unwind or have a meal. The menu contains the items you would expect, some comfort food and some surprises - once a week is Chef's Day where they try new recipes.The golf course is beautifully maintained and just difficult enough to be a challenge, and most parties move through nicely - never had to ask to play through.The exercise room is great - added a few years ago and has everything you need to stay in shape.An interesting detail - if you start at the gate and proceed into the community, every corner you come to, make a right. I’m a member at Monarch and I would like to give a huge “shout out” to Mike Carter and his staff. It’s mid summer and the greens are excellent. They putt true, receive the ball very well, and are now rolling with good speed. The tees and fairways have nearly recovered from the recent plugging and things look much better! Keep up the good work.
