“I wanted to make sure I posted a new review so I had to delete my last "five star" review from a few years ago.

Here it was a Friday afternoon before a three day weekend and I happened to come home early and my AC thermostat had an error, "Error" no power. After doing a little trouble shooting myself, I called Honest Air who I have had a club membership with for many years. They were able to commit to a service call the same afternoon.

Nick arrived and since he had serviced my AC previously through the maintenance program, he was familiar with me and my home. After doing brief analysis he was able to resolve the problem and ensure I have AC for the long weekend. THANK YOU, NICK!

And, thank you Honest Air team for taking care of our my home and AC needs for so many years. I have had very few "emergency" calls, which I credit to their maintenance program. It is nice to know if I do have an emergency, you will be there us. Thank you, again.“
