Here it was a Friday afternoon before a three day weekend and I happened to come home early and my AC thermostat had an error, "Error" no power. After doing a little trouble shooting myself, I called Honest Air who I have had a club membership with for many years. They were able to commit to a service call the same afternoon.

Nick arrived and since he had serviced my AC previously through the maintenance program, he was familiar with me and my home. After doing brief analysis he was able to resolve the problem and ensure I have AC for the long weekend. THANK YOU, NICK!
