“We have spent 6 days here with my husband and my son. The hotel is beautiful with very nice facilities . However the customer service at the spa is really average. I think they should act more professionally with more respect to the customers,

“Carl and Robert are very knowledgeable and experienced in their craft. We have been to them multiple times and they have done wonders. They both took the time to go over what we were looking for as well as any thing to avoid or focus on specifically. Their office embodies comfort and relaxation with overwhelming serenity. I went to them after sustaining a shoulder injury and i'm convinced Carl sped up my recovery time. They are the only two people we will be seeing for our massages for the foreseeable future. We even went so far as to book their 5 massage package since we plan on making it a routine visit.“

“My first massage, I reached out to Nancy because I was having exhausting severe pain in my neck and shoulders due to stress at work. It was really difficult to work at all. I was just white knuckling through it. Nancy was gracious enough to get me into a late appointment her last one for the day. She is amazing and strong for petite being! The massage was uncomfortable because of my extreme tension and tightness, but she talked me through each area as she worked through all of the knots in my shoulders and my neck.
