Diane was fantastic!! Highly recommend her! She has a spiritual energy to her that made this class fly by! I felt extremely comfortable and Diane was fantastic about showing the moves and speaking how to properly do them. This studio is great for men and women. I did the slow flow and to this day it was my favorite class ever! Clean space. Lockers and cold towels for after class!
Everything was great here! The employees and yoga instructor were very attentive to me as a first time visitor. They explained everything well. I love the full sensory experience! The location is super convenient as well. Will definitely be going back!
Liked that instructor gave several variations in how the class poses could be done; not doing them was OK too. Loved to see all body shapes and both men and women actively involved in their practice.
