I had an amazing Craniosacral therapy session here with Fred. I have chronic Bell’s palsy facial spasms and old head injuries. I went in with tension patterns in my head, headaches, slight vertigo and poor eyesight and after a two hour session, I came out with a relaxed head, better balance and improved eyesight. Fred is a master in his craft, he’s very intuitive and knowledgeable. Even several days later I can still feel the changes continue.
I worked with Vivien today and she was amazing. She was able to tune into my body and found everything that my body was telling me she needed to work on. Vivien is insightful and wonderful at Craniosacral work.
