I was pleasantly surprised I was able to schedule an exam today on short notice but things only got better from there. I worked with Raven and she was amazing from performing my initial tests to helping me select my frames. I was worried that I might have had a serious eye injury but she was warm, friendly and reassuring from the get go and made me feel very comfortable. I never felt rushed or pressured in my selections for frames. Hands down one of best optical shopping experiences I've ever had. Thank you Raven for all you did today!
