I had a really great experience, since the entrance, front desk was really attentive and nice, longe really nice, they have tea, and little snacks there, the staff was really nice, I had a facial with Michelle hopefully I'm spelling her name right, she was really nice explaining what she was doing and next step. Sam at the pool/lunch table was really attentive and nice!! Good job Sam! Our group loves you! Salt water pool, what else can you get? Totally recommend!

The room is very nice. The hotel lobby is very gorgeous Nice size pool have a camp for kids lot of restaurants in the hotel the service was not really that good. We were being ignored and we didn’t even get refills on our drinks when we asked and she didn’t even want to take our food order and the pool guy told me to bring no outside food which I understand the rules, but there was no sign. There was no nothing and he was harassing me about it the waitress in Birdie’s diner didn’t even fill up our drinks and food was a very long time service is very slow there. PGA is an amazing family resort to visit for 4th of July weekend. The zero entry pool is great and very big. They even have a small infant/toddler waiting pool.

We live in FL so we are used to the food and drink prices and understand all resorts are overpriced on food. It is what it is. We plan ahead for it and bring snacks and drinks for lunches and breakfast to save on money.

Drinks are good and so is most of the food. We love the arcade, and the vibes of the resort on 4th of July weekend. They shoot fireworks off at the resort and host a great event.
