In the midst of negotiation for an office space, I was informed the office was rented out beneath me by a large corporation. I am now completely at a loss of what to do without a single office space to utilize. Without the office available to rent, I am also not able to rent out a single office space with my membership. I have patients scheduled weekly throughout the month of August and September and the best they could offer is a very public conference room. I am so upset with how I am being treated as a long-time customer. Regus would rather rent to corporations over small business owners. I am unlikely to succeed as a small business stuck now in a co-working contract which I had hoped (and actively negotiated) to transition into an office rental.

I set up a 6 month lease for a virtual office in NY for my law office. It has been a nightmare paying the monthly invoices for rent because of all the double billing, extra fees and all the other nonsense they throw at you hoping you will not have time to be calling in-numerous times and fighting back so they get paid extra for services they never provided to you. Stay away from Regus. Their offshore customer service does not help either. You've been warned.

Called and asked about renting an individual office. Horrible attitude by the phone representative. Cut me off in the middle of the sentence saying: "Sounds like you're not interested in what we have to offer" and hung up.
