Phenix Salon Suites is full of different beauty salons and could easily be a one-stop shop for all of your beauty needs. I came in to get my hair cut and was really impressed by the cleanliness and sheer magnitude of just how many salons there were in this building. I visited Sassy Scissors and Anita was quick and efficient in doing my hair. Her prices were totally fair and she was friendly and listened to all of my wants/needs for my cut. I would definitely come back to check out the other salons in this building!
