Love, love, love this nail tech and quiet small quaint environment! Catrina strives to always please her clients on appointment times etc. even if it sometimes may put her own schedule out of wack. She certainly has a gift in her field as this is the first time I have been going to a place for few years and NOT ONCE walked away not liking something about my nails or pedi! She's not nosy yet casually gets to know her clients interests in nail style, colors, etc to always strive to give them exactly what they want. She's humble yet personable. Always has tasteful yet relaxing music on, and you are surrounded by her Nana's beautiful and detailed paintings. No loud obnoxious Jerry Springer (or the like) tv shows playing on a tv (like the previous place I went to), or people speaking in a different language in front of you laughing and leaving you wondering if they are talking about you (thats not customer service professionalism). I just love going to a small private suite (like Catrina's) VS. a big salon packed with nail techs and clients, so I can truly escape the every day hustle and bustle and get quietly and peacefully pampered!! So glad I found Nailed it!!!! In-fact, I've thought many times about giving my nails and wallet a break again, but cant seem to get myself to walk away now that I found Bailed it - by Catrina. Thank you Catrina!!!!

Love Catrina! I have been going to her for a couple of years now and will continue to do so. I have done mani's/pedi's/gel/dipping powder and they always turn out great. She schedules clients appropriately and I never have to wait. She's a total professional and very meticulous. Highly recommend!

Great place to get your nails done. Upscale salon suite nicely decorated. Catrina does an awesome job with dipping powder. I wouldn't use anyone else. Pedicures too! Hours are by appointment. You will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere!
