I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jason and his father, Doug, at the closing of a real estate deal we were all involved in. I am the attorney that did the title work. While Jason was the Buyer's Agent for this transaction, Doug was in attendance because the Buyer was in a unique situation and he was simply offering her moral support.
