Jose came to my home today to perform the drywood termite protection renewal service with Hulett Environmental Services.
He arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection. Jose was very professional, courteous, and patient while he went about his business. At every step of his inspection, he explained what he was doing, and what he was looking for. I pointed out a garage door that appeared to have some of the frass (which is termite droppings). He examined the whole door frame interior and exterior, as well as the door itself and treated any areas he thought might be suspect.

Arrived in the window of appointment time. Was polite and thorough in his inspection. Treated with powder to eliminate any remaining termites. Told me to call if any more termites showed up.
Great service! Always is very responsive to customers needs. Technicians do an excellent job, especially Jose, who was performing service in my house today.I highly recommend Hulett services to everyone.
