Louis, who manages the planning, scheduling and design stage, was engaging, helpful and willing to accomodate our wishes.The handoff to the construction phase was seamless and Dino, the project manager, communicated often and clearly to keep the project on schedule. From the very beginning, the pre-construction preparation carefully protected and secured the adjacent areas and did everything possible to limit disruption.Each stage of the construction was very organized. Dino met with each subcontractor onsite prior to their phase and explained their scope of work. The project started out as just changing out the flooring on the 1st floor to removal of a wall, patching of the void left by the removal of the wall, plumbing and electrical changes and a full reconfiguration of the kitchen.
