My refrigerator died. I called them last night and they scheduled me for this morning between 10:00 and 12:00. The technician called me about 9:30 and said he'd be here in a half hour and he was. He arrived and since we are still experiencing Covid he had a mask on. He diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful about my options. The problem was cost prohibitive to fix so I am now looking to buy a new refrigerator but I will 100%, call these guys again if I can use their services. My technician was very friendly and helpful and did not mind me asking him a million questions. He was happy to explain how he arrived at his diagnosis and showed me exactly what his gauges were saying. I would recommend this company for sure.
I can’t say Thank you enough for the excellent and speedy service I received from All About Air! It is never fun when your air conditioning goes out, Danny and his crew were quick at getting my old unit out and a new one installed in less than 24 hours. If you’re looking for an honest family run business, they are Highly recommended.
