I especially appreciate the dedicated client care liaison who has ensured the client, caregivers and family are all consistently informed and on the same page. We've received quick and helpful responses to all of our requests - including some last-minute scheduling changes. The team at Advocate really goes above and beyond, and I feel confident we are receiving high-quality care.
