Going to Kenny was an amazing experience. When I first walked in I felt he was just another “fitness” guru but what I got was way different. He catered to my needs and guided me to my goals I had expressed. He’s very punctual and also very knowledgeable. Kenny is a man who brings to the table knowledge and experience and that’s something I feel you won’t find in many places. If you’re wanting to start somewhere, start with him first. You will not be disappointed.

The gym reminds me of an old-fashioned Rocky Balboa type joint, just the kind of place where he would train. Trainer Kenny was very attentive, very in tune with our level of training catered to our fitness level.

Wonderful place! Erick and Kenny are Very welcoming and informative! I work with Erick and he has helped me tremendously! I work on computers all day and my posture had taken a huge toll from this. In the last few weeks, I feel better and I am standing straighter. I am truly appreciative of him! If you are looking for improvement this is the place. Give it a try, you won’t regret it
