Tyler Vandenenter was a very knowledgeable technician. Very professional. He gave us many ideas on how to make our home more energy efficient and it was very appreciated. We may have asked too many question an took up a bit to much of his time! We love 'Next Generation' and have for the 4 years we've lived here??
Michael was absolutely fantastic. He was quick- knew exactly what he was talking about, he fixed my issue, and gave me helpful suggestions.
Would recommend him any day.
I have nothing but good things to say about next generation. They lent us 2 portable units. Were very professional installing The new unit. I would highly recommend them.
They did all they could to get us back Our cool and they did a great job!! Their whole staff is great whether it be on the phone or their technicians!!!!
