Shyann the District Manager is the BEST. She's always so helpful and willingly to give upgrades due to bed down. She does so much for the salon and customers. LOVE coming here because of her!

Let me start by saying the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Vicky and others are extremely pleasant and do their best to accommodate someones request.The owner should definitely change bulbs more regularly and Certainly get that bed fixed that has been down for along time.As with most companies you may not like all the rules or may not like State regulations but None of these are in the control of staff. So treating them like they are lower than you or getting upset when you do act like a spoiled child and they respond like anyone would that is feeling attacked, is unacceptable. Omg I have been to la tan off and on for a few years now and the young lady they just hired is absolutely amazing she explained products to new extremely well very polite and cares about her job so if u want an amazing tan experience go to La tan and ask for Arabella she is the absolute best
