Skylight area started leaking during long rain. I thought I was going to be left holding the bag since it was some months after my roof replacement. Next morning Evan was on my roof & found skylight assembly developed a defect. He sent a crew over to install a new one within hours. They had it in place before the next round of afternoon & evening rains. No more leaking. Evan also sent interior guy over to address the water stain from the leaking. I appreciate them not only standing behind their work but the products they use & taking care of a past customer so quickly.
