I contacted several plumbing companies, but they were either closed or did not handle septic plumbing. I called DM because our sewage/plumbing problem. After I explained the situation, the phone representative was knowledgeable and promptly arranged for a plumber to visit. Floyd Hoffman arrived quickly, identified the issue immediately, and explained the potential causes in an understandable manner. In addition, he fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I am writing this review to express our appreciation for Floyd's professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you, Floyd! :-)
I called Drain Mechanics to pump out my septic tanks and they were able to come out the same day. They arrived on time and located the tanks quickly. They informed me they did not have the tool to lift the lid to clean the filter. I called the service and the tool was brought out. So the work was completed satisfactory by Judge and Joey. They were polit and informative. They did a good job.
Jeff came out on a Saturday for an Emergency water leak in the kitchen! Saved us a ton of money by locating the source and fixing it! Very professional and knowledgeable! Jeff even cleaned up afterwards! Thank you Jeff you are a true professional! I would definitely recommend to family and friends! You have my business!
