Brevard Skin and Cancer Center

After 20 years of going to this establishment I was just informed that I have been released of their care. I am no longer welcome as their patient. What did I do? Let's see, I had an SRT treatment in which I paid $75 for each of 17 treatments which took 3 minutes each. Oh and my insurance paid additionally. For some reason Dr. Minor, who I had never seen before this treatment, decided to release me from their practice. I do not recommend this business as long as this Dr is involved. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband went in 6 weeks ago and had a spot cut off and sent to the lab. They NEVER called with the results. I even called TWICE and talked to a nurse. No one ever called back. Finally 5 weeks later we get a certified letter saying it was in fact cancer and he needs to be treated. Then when we called we were told we have to drive 25 minutes to a different office. Not to mention the first appointment they told me the wrong date and the office was a ghost town when we got there. Totally unprofessional. They didn’t even explain to him about the cancer he does have. So frustrating

I love this office! A breath of fresh air after 20 years of skin cancer checks in stuffy, grossly overbooked and indifferent med practices in Brevard.They had me at the sweetest receptionist ever. Dr Allison is delightful. In and out on time and under 20 minutes. I don't dread going anymore. A+ rating from retired teacher!
