Horrible at his job working for the city, horrible being a contractor. Pompous, abrasive. Jeff acts like his head is stuck up his azz half the time, because he loves sniffing the smell of his own brand. Confidence is one thing, but thinking your sht don't stink is another. Glad he got voted out and his wife failed to be Mayor.
