Express Family Care Palatka

LOVE St. John's and have been a regular patient for all my families needs for almost a year and 6 months. All the staff ate so incredibly welcoming, caring, professional and always make us feel like we matter. I used to go to a local overpriced doctor in my town recommended by my insurance like most do. I was always meant to feel like a number, they over charged, up charged and took every dime they could with unnecessary procedures, poor patient care, poor bedside manner and we're paid thousands of dollars no matter how terrible they treated you. I called the office of Express Family Care and spoke with Angela about an appointment for my 84 year old Dad.Angela took care of us in a professional manner and set a time for my Dads visit with Dr.Gaines .Angela was kind and caring and we definitely appreciate it! Thank You for being considerate and following up with a phone call !?

Love the doctors and all the staff.. extremely friendly.. they make you feel comfortable and that your needs are important.. very knowledgeable.. have had quite a few visits with them already.. have no intentions of going anywhere else.!
