Tiger Rock has been amazing, and my son absolutely loves the high energy environment. The owners are incredible with the kids and it's awesome watching them learn and grow and develop their martial arts skills. Excellent place for kids to build confidence and overall physical strength and endurance!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tiger Rock. The instructors have all been motivational and inspirational influences. They are highly energetic and maintain a positive learning environment. In the year my 9 year old son has been training here, his discipline, self-confidence, and motivation have dramatically improved. The lessons also incorporate life skill discussions which gives the students perspective to enhance the physical skills they learn. I highly recommend!

Without question the best gym we have visited. My little has been attending Tiger- Rock for almost 3 months and the progress she has gained in this short time is beautiful. Her confidence, ability, desire to follow though, and not to mention physical and mental health have all improved. I am grateful that many teachers are introduced giving their own unique care and attention to the students. However, no matter which Master is teaching the core is still consistent. The classes can be set up by the year, or on a monthly basis. I suggest doing the extra activities on top of weekly classes. This gives better team moral and in my daughter's case- something fun to look... read full review
