We recently had our windows replaced as part of the My Safe Florida Home program by Hometown Contractors. Our sales person, Brandon, was extremely thorough (maybe a little too thorough) in describing the features of the windows that would be installed. He also was really interested in our thoughts about the replacement for each window as opposed to looking at the house, counting windows and coming up with a generic number. The windows came in much faster than we thought they would and were installed expertly by Tim and Kaleb. With an older house, I was expecting that they would run into difficulties. I contacted Hometown for information on replacing my front door. I met David in our home and he was fully prepared for the appointment. He had all reference and presentation materials he needed to show us exactly what our replacement door would look like. He gave us many alternatives and cost options, he worked with us every step of the way. David is very friendly, genuine, and professional. He answered all of our questions, and is the absolute best at what he does. Due to the appointment with David, we have decided to go forward with Hometown and schedule the door replacement. I recommend David and Hometown very highly.
