Since I had recently moved here, her thorough knowledge of the market in different areas proved to be invaluable. She was also patient with my husband and I as we re-visited some houses 3 or 4 times, and she was always available to tour additional houses. After finding a home, she held our hands through the entire process. After closing she referred us to different contractors we needed for various projects. Ten months later Tatiana still periodically checks in on us! We will definitely work with her again for our next home sale and purchase.
