“The best place to take your child when sick! My daughter was seen here 3 times in the last few weeks. Her symptoms would not get better and were changing. I was frustrated and saddened that I couldn’t help my child. It’s devastating to hear this is allergies or a virus, but nothing can be done with prescriptions for these things. We had to let it take its course. When my child wasn’t getting better and I panicked and brought her back in, I was met with empathy and understanding each time. There was no judgement. I felt heard and my daughter was cared for lovingly. Each visit we explored everything possible. Tonight, the fever came back again! I rushed her over to this location 4 minutes before close (I thought they were open later). Did they turn me away? No!! They invited me in and took good care of her! They lead with compassion and concern. Hoping with the new meds prescribed tonight, my daughter can FINALLY feel better. I know the attending nurse was frustrated with us coming in at close, but the PA was wonderful and encouraged testing that took some time, even past closing. Also, Sherri (hope that’s the correct name!), at the front desk, is so kind and welcoming. Such a sweet, empathetic woman who speaks softly and understands. Sorry for the length but it’s important to know where you take your children, especially when sick, and hear from honest parents who want the best for your kids too. Best pediatric urgent care in Oviedo! Cute frog theme too!“
