Unique Flooring and Design did a fantastic job replacing old linoleum with modern tile flooring in our laundry room, adjoining hallway and three bathrooms. Owner Nelson Carballea is very much a professional gentleman. He listened skillfully to our needs and desires and customized a strategy to accommodate our goals. Seeing the beautiful tile products available in his store encouraged us to dust off an 11-year old project and consider doing business with his company. Nelson Carballea, owner of Unique Flooring & Design, in Oviedo, is one of the most honest and conscientious business owners I have ever dealt with. When he came to do his final measurements for the new carpeting I had chosen at his store, he did something astonishing. Rather than try to sell me new carpet and padding, he told me that my existing carpet was in great shape and just needed stretching where it had bunched up (due to poor quality installation and carpet cleaning in previous years).
