I have been going to Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic for 3 months now. I started because my back pain had become way too much, was debilitating at times, and I had developed sciatica that would keep me up at night. After an initial exam with X-rays they determined the discs in my lower spine were worn down terribly and compressed causing subluxations. They set me up on a plan that included spinal decompression therapy 3 times a week for 2 months along with chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy exercises. A month ago I stopped the decompression therapy and moved down to weekly appointments. My physical therapy exercises have gradually gotten more challenging and I’m gaining strength. I have a month left of my initial program. I post this to say I FEEL SO AMAZING. Sciatica is GONE. I walked 3 miles yesterday with ZERO pain. Even when I was running all the time there was pain that I just pushed through (probably adding to all damage 🙄). I didn’t know I could even feel this good! Things I now can do pain-free: Sitting Laying down Rolling over in bed. Walking Emptying dishwasher/dryer/washer Putting on my pants standing up. Reaching over to turn out the light before bed. Standing at the stove or counter. Picking things up off the floor. Basically everything! A few months ago all of those things hurt to do at some level or another. I’m so so thankful for Dr. Janowitz coming to my mom’s church group and sharing his information. I’m so so thankful my husband was willing and able to invest in these services without so much as an inkling of hesitation. If you are on the fence about chiropractors, as I was, do NOT hesitate! This whole experience has been LIFE CHANGING. I’m so happy I could cry.
