Work need it was well explained and showed through a camera inside the sewage pipe what was going on. However I found the job expensive specially when I had the notion, for the wording use during explanation, that a crew will show up to do the repair and it was done by a particularly young guy in his personal vehicle who took off 3 times to get parts to finish the job. Also still waiting to be shown by camera the final result that it was offered.
We had a toilet that kept on backing up. Even though we snaked the toilet ourselves and thought the problem was fixed, the toilet still was slow to drain. We realized we had to call out the professionals since the issue was beyond the toilet drain. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly. The technician was professional and efficient and handled our plumbing challenge within an hour.
Dennis has been at our house every day including the weekend to check on the status of our remediation. He has been extremely customer service oriented through this process and working well beyond business hours to get the job done and make the process convenient for our family.
