Oviedo Family Health Center is a great primary care office. The staff is kind, courteous, friendly, and nice. They are thorough, caring, and do exceptional medical work. Visits are not rushed; they take their time to listen and address concerns. There is barely any wait to be seen, and check-in and check-out run nice and smooth. The office is very nice and sanitary. The patient portal is convenient and provides easy access to lab results, medication history, and communication. The nurses and assistants are incredible, especially with procedures like blood draws. Prescription refills are handled efficiently. Some patients have noted that referrals to specialists are not always good ones, feeling they could be more reputable. However, this is considered a minor thing. Overall, patients highly recommend Oviedo Family Health Center for its quality medical care and exceptional service.
Dr. Patel and his crew are incredible! First off, the office staff are so nice and courteous every time. Check-in and check-out always run nice and smooth, which is nice considering I've been to some doctor appointments where I've sat in a waiting room for 45+ minutes even WITH an appointment. I typically saw Karen Mounger for my appointments, and she always did a great job listening to my concerns and helping me figure out how to improve my health! The nurses and assistants do an incredible job too. I'm someone who is really bad with needles, so blood draws make me super nervous. But these people I swear are wizards, and I think 9 times out of 10 I've never had a problem...read full review
Oviedo Family Health offers an exceptional level of care. The staff is thorough, visits are not rushed, and the patient portal provides easy access to lab results, medication history and communication with office staff and each provider. My husband and I have been with OFH for almost twenty years and we highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team to anyone looking for quality medical care!
Best doctor’s office I have ever been to. Barely any wait to be seen, thorough and caring doctors, friendly staff. You aren’t rushed and they really take their time with you to listen and address any concerns. I wish I had found this place sooner. I also like the online portal they have, it’s very convenient.
