After a recent storm, we learned we needed a new roof. Ten years ago, we were in the same situation, and had Megram replace our roof. Things went so well back then that we didn’t hesitate calling Megram again. From our first contact with Justin Davis (Project Manager) to the job being completed, we knew that choosing Megram had, yet again, been the right decision. Justin answered all our questions & concerns, walking us through each phase of the job, overseeing the project from start to finish. Eddy (Job Supervisor) was on site during the work, ready to handle any situation that came up or questions we may have had. The job could not have gone any smoother! Thank you Megram for another job well done. And, a special thank you to Justin for going above & beyond “normal” customer service. Should we ever need another roof, Megram will be the only company we call.
I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Megram Roofing! Duncan McCartha, the project manager, was fantastic. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and kept the project on track. The crew was professional and did an amazing job with the roof. They worked efficiently and left the job site spotless. It’s rare to find a contractor you can fully trust, but Megram Roofing and Duncan definitely earned that trust. I highly recommend them!
Don’t usually write reviews but Megram did an exceptional job replacing my roof. It needed extensive repairs prior to putting on shingles. The project manager, Eddie showed great skill and communicated during the whole process. I really appreciate the quality of work and want to thank Max for getting the job done on time and price. Will continue to recommend them.
