We are very happy to have found Mike at Maverick Inspection Services! He called me right away and took the time to explain everything. He was thorough with the inspection and educated us along the way. I highly recommend him to anyone in Orlando looking for a home inspector, and we will gladly use him again in the future!
I had water intrusion in my 3 month old home after Milton, and needed to assess the cause as soon as possible. As busy as Maverick Inspection Services was, they got me on the schedule within 2 days. Michael was as thorough as you could be, and was able to identify all the issues. This was extremely useful, since I had the warranty team from my builder coming and I wanted to be sure they were being honest with me. I strongly recommend this company if you need to know whats going on with your new build or if you are having issues in your current home.
