So I've been here twice for a couples massage and let me tell you I signed up because the deal cannot be beat. Go for a massage then brunch at cfs followed by a stroll around the park. The first time the massage was great the second time is why they lost one star. I told the masseuse I needed a firm massage and he said deep tissue and I said no last time I got bruised when I did one of those so we proceeded and when I went to check out I felt bruised and was charged for a deep tissue. The front desk made things right and I will be back for another massage and facial soon.
Irene was my massage therapist and an absolute professional who applied not only skill, but knowledge regarding anatomy. This further more set my expectations at a high and was met with her ability to listen and focus on what needs to be tended to. If you're an office worker, wannabe NASCAR driver, or in sports? She may be the one. Overall ambiance is professional, clean, and relaxing. Indulging in tea, wine or treats they have is available. Managers are very respectful and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend this and the sand lake location! I've already brought in some friends to her who seek for her as well. Allora day spa was one of my best experiences ever! I'll definitely be coming back. The luxurious feel without breaking the bank; lovely service the employees provide is spectacular they really make you feel so special. This experience relieved so much body discomfort I feel much more happier.
